The meeting of the UK Chemicals Stakeholder Forum held in London on 24 April
2018 heard a briefing from Defra on its proposed Resources and Waste
Strategy.

The meeting also heard from DIT and DExEU representatives on EU Exit and
chemicals developments, and from Chemical Watch on its survey of industry
opinion on issues particularly surrounding REACH and Brexit.

There were updates from the REACH Competent Authority, and on international
chemicals issues and SAICM.
