William Wilson represented the UK Environmental Law Association Wales Working Party at the Welsh Government workshop on EU Exit Correcting Legislation Programme.

Legislative policy officials and their colleagues from different policy areas outlined the programmes in train to apply the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, to draft UK and Welsh Statutory Instruments to cover a range of different scenarios, including having a Transition Period and a ‘no deal’ Brexit taking place on 31 March 2019, the general approach to corrections and the timescales involved.
