Wyeside Education is led by Sam Wilson. Sam has an MA in International Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Leeds, seven years teaching experience across Yorkshire and is a future Edtech fellow with ODI.
Wyeside Education explores ways to engage young people with big issues, from climate change to COVID-19. Wyeside Education is creating Edtech solutions for young refugees and developing workshops to enable young people, lawyers and policymakers to work together to tackle climate change.

This webinar is designed to inform educators, lawyers, policymakers and researchers around the world who are grappling with how to use EdTech to keep children learning in a safe way. It will cover the growing use of EdTech, current trends in privacy and data laws, the big issues of responsible data use in EdTech, and how best to regulate its use - particularly in lower income countries.
